Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of Move-IT, operated by Move Beyond. By creating an account, requesting a trial, or using the mobile app, you agree to them. If you accept on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorised to bind that organization.

2. Accounts and roles

• Organizations subscribe to Move-IT and manage their own staff, members, courts and pricing.
• Staff access is granted by the organization and is limited by role.
• Members and players hold a personal account that may connect to one or more organizations.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account.

3. Trials and subscriptions

Trials run for the period stated when your account is approved (normally 14 days) and give access to the features in your assigned bundle. After the trial, continued access requires a paid subscription. We may suspend access when a subscription lapses; your data is retained and restored on renewal.

Feature availability depends on the bundle your organization holds. We may adjust bundle contents with reasonable notice.

4. Payments between academies and their members

Move-IT records payments; it does not process them. Membership fees and court fees are paid directly to the organization, including bookings made through a public booking link, which are paid at the venue. Move Beyond is not a party to those transactions and takes no commission on them. Disputes about fees, refunds, sessions or court access are between you and the organization.

5. Bookings

A court booking is a request until the organization confirms it. Organizations set their own availability, pricing and cancellation rules and may cancel or reschedule bookings.

6. Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to access data belonging to another organization or member.
• Do not probe, scan or test the security of the platform without written permission.
• Do not submit false bookings or trial requests, or automate abusive traffic.
• Do not upload unlawful content or infringe anyone's rights.

7. Your data

Organizations own the data they enter. You may export it at any time from the dashboard. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Availability

We work to keep Move-IT available and backed up, but the service is provided "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted operation. We may perform maintenance and will avoid peak hours where possible.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Move Beyond is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost revenue, or loss arising from an organization's own use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the preceding twelve months.

10. Termination

You may stop using Move-IT at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or non-payment. On termination you may request an export of your data for 30 days.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the courts of Cairo have exclusive jurisdiction.
